Michael Lang is the President and founder of Lang Media, Inc. A SUNY graduate, he has spent more than 25 years exclusively in the Out of Home media business, with a focus on developing outdoor advertising. Literally starting with one billboard, Lang Media has developed over 500 locations nationwide, including the Time Square district. Michael is still very active in the day to day operations of the company. It is not usual to see him on Monday working with a local or national client, while in another state by the end of the week in order to meet a perspective property owner. With over 3,000 customers over the past 25 years, Lang Media is one of the fastest growing OOH development companies in the United States. Kristen is responsible for all of the Marketing and PR at Lang Media and Lang Media Promotions. She has over 20 years of marketing experience including 10 years in the high tech industry working at Intel and Microsoft where she held numerous worldwide marketing roles including a six month sabbatical coverage in Munich, Germany. Kristen joined Lang Media in 2006 and brought with her extensive experience in marketing strategy, PR, event planning and social media. Kristen opened Lang Media promotions in 2008. She successfully produced Baby Expo Albany in 2009 and 2010, generating over 4000 attendees at each show! She thrives on working with local businesses and supporting non-profit organizations. Kristen is happily married to Michael and they have four fabulous kids.

Jim is a seasoned sales person with over 21 years experience in both outdoor and radio. Jim strives to build strong relationships and offer result-generating solutions to his clients. He loves to golf and is a graduate of St. Rose. Jim resides in Guilderland with his daughter, Katie.

Mike works with clients nationwide on their printing needs including billboard vinyls, banners, vehicle/building wraps and stadium signage. Since joining Lang Media in 2012, he has increased large format printing sales by 350%. In addition, Mike sells our digital and traditional billboards to both new and existing clients in the Hudson Valley. He is a professional Motocross rider and an avid guitar player.

Ellen is a true jack-of-all-trades and is the glue of the operation at Lang Media. Prior to joining our team, she was a Fleet Administrator for a major trucking company. In that role she assisted in expanding her department by 600%. She is a volunteer with her local fire company since 1984 holding various positions including Lieutenant, Captain and President.

Tim is an accomplished Graphic Designer with over 23 years of experience in his field. He spent over 13 years in publishing and has produced over 200 book covers and interior designs for various publications. Tim was then an Art Director for a CT-based technology company servicing banks and credit unions. Tim joined Lang Media in 2014 and has brought a great deal of energy and creativity to the team.

Bella is the company mascot and a huge fan. Her qualifications are unsurpassed by any english bulldog.
